DEDICATED TO SALVAGING AND RENEWING THE LIFE OF OLD MATERIALS TO MAKE MEANINGFUL, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECES

Interested in having us create something

for you?

We are constantly looking at things and wondering what we can turn them in to.

We always have our eyes peeled for anything that can be creatively re-purposed, whether it is looking for buildings to salvage materials from or finding "junk" we think could serve a new and wonderful use.  We don't always commit to something right off the bat, but keep the things we see in mind in case a project pops up where it could be used successfully.

We talk closely with our clients in order to fully understand their vision (referencing drawings, photos, etc.)  We don't believe in copying other's work, so you'll likely hear us say "get me in the ballpark, and then we will run with it from there."  Most of our projects begin to take on a life of their own once we start the build.  Before taking any creative liberties, though, we always get client approval since we know that our ideas, style, and taste might not align with theirs.  Another thing you will likely hear us say is "you would never buy a car or house without looking at it and making sure it is what you want.  I don't live here and I don't have to look at it, so make sure it is exactly what you envisioned or we will keep working at it."  The work is finished when our clients are completely happy with it, and not a moment sooner.

Once everyone agrees on the scope of the project, we spend a few hours or days thinking about how we want to build it, and most importantly, how we can make it meaningful and unique to you.  After the brainstorming is over and we've decided on construction and other details, we draw it out and dive right into the building process.

Throughout the build, we share photos and other relevant information with you so you know we are on track.  We typically send 15-20 photos to clients along the way, allowing them to be a part of the process while reassuring them about the work.

Our current lead time for custom work/commissioned pieces is two weeks.
